  1. Is my personal information safe?
    Your name, address, and email, is stored with our hosting company.

  2. How will the shipment be sent to me?
    All shipping is sent discreetly. Shipments are sent by Canada Post, USPS, or UPS.
  1. What will be printed on my credit card?
    Light Online Ventures will be printed on your credit card and receipt.
  1. Is my credit card information protected?
    Your banking information is not stored with Light Online Ventures. It is kept confidential with PayPal. All information is secure. We take every precaution to protect your information.
  1. Do you sell any of my personal information? Absolutely not. Your information is confidential and stays with our hosting company Shopify.
  1. What countries do you not send to? We do not ship to the following countries - Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Angola, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, China, Cuba, Estonia, Egypt, Georgia, Ghana, Gambia, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malawi, Malaysia, Morocco, Moldava, Nambia, New Zealand, Niger, Nigeria, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Phillipines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia & Monyenegro, Singapore, Slovenia, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, etc. However, please check with us periodically as the countries may change.
  1. What happens if I receive a defective product?
    Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days from receipt.
  1. What do I do if I receive damaged merchandise due to postal mishaps?
    All merchandise leaves our warehouses in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged shipment, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the TIME OF DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER. Please make sure the driver notes the problem in his delivery record. Please see Shipping
  1. May I return a garment for a different size?
    Absolutely no returns or exchanges on items worn over the genital areas and clearance items. Please check the size charts thoroughly before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us. Please see Returns.

  2. How do I change my shipping address?
    Login to your account - click on My Account - under My Account Information > My Account, click on View or change entries in my address book - My Personal Address Book, under Primary Address, click on [edit] - Proceed to change your address and click [Update]

  3. How do I change my password?
    Login to your account - click on My Account - under My Account Information > My Account, click on Change my account password - change your password and click on “Continue”

  4. How do I change my email and phone number?
    Click on My Account - under My Account Information >My Account, click “View or change my account information” -change the information that is necessary and click on “Continue”

  5. How many products do you offer?
    We have over 2500 items and growing daily.

  6. How do I care for my toys?
    Please see Product Care on the upper bar that's on every page.

  7. Can I fax my order in?
    At this time we do not have faxing options.

  8. How old do I have to be to order from you?
    You have to be at least 18 years of age or age of maturity in your area.

  9. May I phone in an order?
    Phone orders are offered. We will walk through the process together.
